In October she presented her first artist book ‘Catch a Rainbow While You Can’ which accompanies her solo show in Can Felipa Arts Visuals (Barcelona). She is currently working towards her first individual international show curated by Cristina Anglada, and her El Chico presentation at their main site, during Apertura 2027.

She has participated in international fairs like ARCO (Madrid) or ArteSantander (Santander) with the gallery Pradiauto (Madrid).
Esther has given lectures and workshops internationally at institutions such as University of the Arts (London), University of the Creative Arts (Farnham) and now also teaches at Expositivo Academy (Madrid) and IED (Madrid).

“In my work I investigate the notions of accident, displacement, encounter, love, and fragility, responding to a personal urgency that arises from our contemporary context. It is a time marked by constant change, uncertainty, and rapid communication, where intimacy and vulnerability are often at odds with the pace of modern life; reconsidering ways of maintaining our connections, both to ourselves and to others.

These ideas are developed through a variety of media that coexists with each other; moving images, objects or words that tend towards a sculptural, narrative and scenic materiality. This emphasises the tactile and spatial presence of the work, transforming concepts into tangible, lived experiences that resonate on both an emotional and physical-bodily level. Energetically, there is always a balance, a sense of unfolding, of having the lingering sensation they are about to activate, and therefore the possibility that they are activated through concrete agents and the public.”
